Regardless.... this seller seems to think they are doing no wrong because the content of the books is in public domain. But they are violating copyright because they did not make the scans themselves or get permission from Tess & Prof. If they are truely concerned about doing a "public service" by not making a profit (yeah, right), then maybe they should ask for permission. How about offering to give Tess & Professor a royalty for each copy sold? hmmm? Now that would be the proper thing to do, IMHO.
