If you're in the U.S., I'd order "the one and only" pillow from Snowgoose (snowgoose.com). ...... The savings on the pillow is that it isn't covered, but it comes with instructions and I think all you need is a glue gun.
NO, no, no, no! No Glue Gun!!! It will melt the pillow. Use white glue that would be used on fabric, paper, wood. Directions come with the kit -- just follow them.,
I would also suggest the One And Only pillow from Snowgoose as a good basic pillow. Mine has been in constant use for over 10 years -- even though I now have many more pillows. I also thought about a second one -- bought the kit, and then sold it to a friend who needed if more urgently.
