Although I'm not a member of IOLI, I'm a member of the lace-world-at-large and decided what the hey, a few days' worth of making bookmarks I can spare - I gave myself until Sunday night to make as many as possible and still get the usual Stuff done around house and yard - there would have been 4 if some company hadn't arrived, but I thought getting 3 done wasn't bad at all. I chose one of April Lind's patterns, very pleasant to make. I used the photocopy as the pricking to save time, and varied each with different colours of thread. By the third 'mark, the paper was beginning to deteriorate. I then put on another pattern, one of my own design, and started to wind bobbins for it. That was when the company arrived. So sometime if I happen to have a few more moments and get the thing done, it too will head to Denver. If I can't be there, I figure my bookmarks will be my ambassadors ;) Now - on to much else... -- bye for now Bev in Sooke, BC (on Vancouver Island, west coast of Canada) Cdn. floral bobbins www.woodhavenbobbins.com - To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
