Ah that explains why I can't find it. Lace Suppliers is the page that opens
up blank whenever I click on it

Just saw your email. Try going to the Lace Guild site. Click on Lace
Supplies. Then click books where you will see Second Hand Books in Brown
bold type. At the bottom of that listing there are two options to download.
Click on the one you want.
