sorry robin! i meant to send it to lace, but didn't change the address
when i hit the reply button. i wish it would automatically put the
email address of lace in the "to" line for writing emails. it is
really confusing to remember!!
i think i will just use it to make some nice warm mittens double the
size i will need for my hands and then try to shrink it in hot water.
i did read this was a myth, and hot water is not what shrinks wool,
only the agitation. i have never tried it, but am about to take a 3
inch piece from my roving to find out. i'll put on in hot water and
the other in boiling water to see what it does! thanks for the help!!!
