I've seen a couple of twelfth scale ones at lace fairs.
Think Richard Gravestock is one who makes them. As far as I can remember he does a cookie pillow on a stand with a few bobbins for, I think, around GBP25.00.
Possibly Geoff Mudge or Reg Beasant as well. I know someone makes different scales of miniature bobbins.
