I have IE 7.0.5730.11IS

I don't get drop-down menus at all when I put my mouse button over the words 
on the blue bar.

I had to enable pop-ups for the site (I set to normally not allow), click on 
the word, and then I didn't get a pop-up - the home page was replaced by the 
new page.

Still a wonderful site.
