I was looking for something else and ran across this recipe that was sent to
me some time ago. Just in case someone might like it, here it is.
How to clean brass pins:
To 1 cup boiling water add
1 teaspoon dish detergent &
1 teaspoon vinegar
Put in a jar, add the pins and shake a few times, let stand a few minutes
then, rinse well in clear water and spread on paper towels to dry.
