You should get the bobbin inscribed with YOUR name, and perhaps the
date the teeth were extracted.

Fortunately my Dentist hails from the UK and knows about Lace bobbins
etc. He had no qualms at all about drilling a hole through each of the
teeth I had out. Now I just have to bleach them up a bit and they can
become part of an everlasting spangle. I'd better not put them on an
antique bobbin as that would really stuff up the archaeological record
:)
