Hi Jean and everyone You could try www.sewconsult.com They should have the manual for the 500 series for a small fee, and there is other useful free info that might apply to your machine, too. If you have some time, you could try some of the user forums for quilting machines which should show up on the search page, see if there is a relevant question to do with one or more features of the machine, or check the consumer reviews? sometimes they can be helpful.
Lace content: I bought a new Pfaff with a few bells and whistles.
