Good afternoon ladies & gents,
I think I mentioned a couple of weeks back that we (Australian Lace
Guild - SA Branch) had won a Medal of Excellence in the English Lace
Guild competition '7'. Having won the Group Entry 3 years ago we felt
inclined to give it another go. You can see our entry on our home page

We chose a lampshade with a 7 section base which rotates slowly and
seven different State floral emblems with the Acacia (wattle) leaves and
gum leaves bordering the shade top and bottom. We have for sale 4
postcards with differing views of the lampshade which show the entire
shade. I've already snaffled mine. :-) Details on the web site.
