That's interesting. I once complained about feedback. A seller took more than 3 months to mail me a book (only after repeated reminders from me). I mentioned this in his feedback and he replied with, "I bet this is the guy who killed that Palestinian kid," on my feedback. I complained to eBay and they deleted it.
