Hi, I just noticed the following while scanning an article about the Queen's grandson being christened.
"James wore a replica of the satin and lace royal christening gown, which was made in 1841 and had been used for every royal christening until this one. The new robe was commissioned by the Queen to preserve the original." Does anyone know if the replica has machine or handmade lace on it? Any details? Thanks in advance, Helen (in sunny-for-a-few-minutes-but-chilly Vancouver, BC on the west coast of mainland Canada). - To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
