The picture on the dust wrapper is also plate 47 facing page 245.

There are several Warren families in the 1901 census for Stoke Goldington. Page 239 of the same book says that 1906 was marked by the establishment at Stoke Goldington by Mr. Armstron of what is known as the "Bucks Cottage Workers' Agency". (snip some other stuff but it goes on) Lace-makers who had long previously given up their lace work, again brought out their pillows, and being assured of immediate sales and remuneration, put their energies once more into the delicate and artistic occupation of their youth. The Agency moved to Olney in 1909.

Can't find any reference to Habberton Lulham. Some Lulham's with H as a middle initial.
