We've just updated the Lace Guild website (url in the signature) and
mounted
1. A new list of second-hand books available from the Lace Guild which
you'll find under Lace Suppliers > Books
There's a SALE on at the moment with many of the books at half
previous prices.
2. Details of two new Lace Guild publications - An Introduction to
Milanese Lace (the one that Jane Partridge mentioned in an earlier
message) and Circles and Squares, a selection of motifs in Torchon,
Bucks Point and Bedfordshire.
And don't forget that if you can't get to see the Honiton exhibition
at The Hollies the website Lace Gallery has pictures of some of the
items including the shawl with leadworks and the collar with birds and
flowers.
