Thanks to all for your help and information. It seems that the 1970 p. 16 ad for "THE BELGIAN WAY OF MAKING BOBBIN LACE" by Osma Gallinger Tod is selling for $2.25 which should mean that my copy is older as the price (in my copy) is listed at $1.50. A very interesting addition to my lace book collection. I was particularly interested in finding a date so for now I'll make a note - pre 1970 and I'll enjoy the reading.
