I thought of a place it might be on line, but have never looked for it.  Go to
www.etsy.com and put in a search for bobbin lace.  There is bobbin lace and
tools for sale.  Mainly jewellry but some yardage and even snakes!  There are
also a number of hackle pliers shaped like bobbins.  I already have 2 of these
purchased at conventions.  They are great for broken threads or even just for
using small pieces of thread for short gimps.  The ones on line are made by
the same person I got them from and I am a satisfied buyer.  I once bought a
tool from him a number of years ago and it broke along the join of wood and
corian.  He replaced it free of charge.

I have sold some small pieces of framed lace at craft fairs.  Crosses sell
well at church events and I sold one for $20 in an inexpensive ($1) frame.
