The other version of this (since someone mentioned not having a free corner)
is to face a wall with one arm outstretched and open palm to the wall, and you
gradually turn away from the wall with your body, keeping your arm in place.
 Then repeat with the other side.  The other tips I shared from tons of PT/OT
help, have worked better for me than the stretches, but ultimately you have to
treat and train your neck to relax.

  "Stand about 18 inches from a corner (90 degree corner) in your house.
  Face the corner standing straight
  Place one hand on each wall at shoulder height
  Both Feet remain flat on the floor.
  Now lean gradually forward on your hands so you are leaning into the corner
  with your upper body.
  Hold this stretch for 20 - 30 seconds, and then stand straight for 10-15
  seconds.
  Repeat the stretch by leaning into the corner again.
  Repeat 4-5 times and gradually do this up to 10 times."
