I have actually ordered the book from Holly van Scriben. She says she is
out of stock and expects copies in before January. I hope it is not out of
print. I am hoping it will be useable without the translation into English
as I am pinching pennies!
When I get it I will see if I need the translation.
The Australian Dollar has risen these days. When it first came out our
dollar was low and it converted into a huge price. These days we are nearly
