The bookmark in the picture is from Eeva-Liisa Kortelahti's early book "Pitseja, Virkaten ja Nyplaten", 1978. The pattern is on the back cover.
This book is half crochet patterns and half bobbin lace patterns. It's very hard to find a copy.
