Hi Bev and all, After having lost very important data several times because I forgot to backup, I am using now a program which backs up automatically. You can download it for free at http://www.rdcomp.net/ It is called EZBack-it-up.
You can make the backups to an external hard disk or to a pendrive or to both for more security. You have to configure the program with what you want to back up and when, even several times a day if necessary. This lets me feel really more relaxed. I hope this is also useful for some of you.
