Great Idea!  I knew someone years ago who did not have glass beads so she took 
her husbands stash of sinkers from his fishing tackle and his washers from his 
tool chest.  I always say "what ever works"!!  LOL

out and used for makeshift bobbins. I did
that for a group lesson and it worked 
out just fine.
