My IT dept recommends the following software that is free - Malwarebytes - http://shop.malwarebytes.org The free version does not have automatic run features so you must manually go into the software to do a "full scan". It will remove "take control" hackers and other malware. This software will remove malware that Norton and the other antivirus software does not pick up. If you purchase the software does have auto run features every so many days. Again - I apologize!!!!
