Another update on the clock face and frame saga. The offending piece is
going back to the seller and we purchased another clock today which looks
idea for the job. Glass front, deep enough to take lace and hands inside
and nice and elegant overal. Will take photos when it is all complete. The
lace is coming on well and should be finished by the end of this week i
think.
Thank you to several people for their ideas and help.
I am now feeling quite happy about this project at last.
