Just wanted to add a comment. When I'm sliding a tube of fabric over a wrapped roller/bolster, I wrap the roller in a sheet of paper. The fabric tube will slide on quite readily, and then gently ease out the paper. If a bit tears off and stays in, it won't affect the use of the roller. If you use a sturdy paper (file folder, etc), it slides out neatly. Alice in Oregon .. gray day but the week is supposed to warm up until very warm on Friday.
