Sorry, I try to trim my posts before I write, so I don't forget, so in that 
particular case I was working from an imperfect memory.  But you still show 
that there are differing attitudes about copyright in various countries.  I 
know this because way back when I first joined Arachne, probably 2009, there 
was a big discussion about copyright, and the Brits were saying things about 
copyright that sounded quite different than what I, an American, was accustomed 
to, so I checked the statute, which is online, and clearly there was a 
difference, even without reading caselaw, which explains how the statute is 
interpreted, and what about the statute really matters, and what doesn't.  So 
it doesn't surprise me that Spaniards, probably as honest as the rest of us, 
especially in a large group as you describe.  It may very well be custom and 
practice there.  I doubt any Brit would let it be known that she did such a 
thing.  Americans, meh, maybe, maybe not, which reflects the difference.
