Sorry, Carolina, I don't have that kind of power! It's controlled by each person's ISP and email program. I use gmail and I had to create filters so that you and Jeri (and several others) don't end up in my spam filter. That's all I can suggest.
The problem becomes more difficult when the filter is created by your ISP, because you might not know that messages are not getting to you unless you log onto the web interface or you call customer service and get them to unblock those addresses. But if you never see the emails, then you might not know that they're being blocked, and so you're stuck.
