I do not like using "curly" thread that has been on bobbins for a while but I have a very good use for it, I have a friend who does patchwork and appliqué and she is always grateful for the curly threads for her projects they look lovely in patchwork/appliqué pictures. Sue M Harvey Norfolk U.K.
