What a wonderful way to start a Saturday! Alice--Thank you so much for taking
time away from your pre-conference duties to help me with deciphering the
#11/2015 pattern. It was surprising to see that I was close to being in the
right church, if not the correct pew, regarding some of the details on the
pattern. I can hardly wait to see how it makes up with the thread I selected.
As to your conference--I looked at the PNW website--you have so much on your
plate, I'm certain your to-do lists have to-do lists! Quite a lineup of
fabulous teachers & topics. Best wishes on a good turnout & a good time making
lace for all. Dianne--Thank you for the book suggestion. As you know, I don't
collect much Torchon! LOL But I did look at Holly's site & saw Ulricke's
series. I'll be in Amherst NY next week for the Heritage Village Lace Seminar
so will look for the book there. In the meantime, I loaded my #45/2014
Schneeberg samples to Flickr. The light yellow is my first attempt !
& the red lace features my "perky picots" after receiving plenty of advice
from Arachne. What a difference you all make in my lacemaking life! Thanks
again. Sincerely, Susan Hottle, Erie, PA USA
