This weekend - November 7 and 8 - the Metro Chapter of IOLI will hold its annual lace day. It will again be at the Westwood Elks Club on Kinderkamack Road in Westwood, NJ, and on Saturday the hours are 10 am to 3 pm. The public is welcome and there is no admission fee. Holly Van Sciver and Kathie Kirchner will be vending, and there will also be an exhibit, demonstrations, and a children's class.
On Sunday there will be workshops: Mayra Petretti will teach a Lepoglava motif; Pat Morris will teach techniques in 's Gravenmoer; and Lynda Barber will teach a beginners' class and also a Project in a Day class.
