Fils-aiguilles-passion.blogspot.com posted photos of a recent textile event in Niort. While scrolling down thru the pics of lace (including a chess set!!!), plus various knitting, spinning, weaving, quilting, embroidery & goldwork pieces, I found a photo of a HUGE banner of salamanders! Is this the one to which we donated our Michel Jourde works a few years ago? The banner is stunning! There are also some pics of caps/coifs & folks in national/regional dress.
