Dear all,

Lier lace, (indeed Lier is a town near Antwerp in Belgium ) is a lace made
by making chain stitches with a hook onto cotton tulle stretched strongly
on a frame. Therefore a wooden frame is traditionnally used.
The same method is used for Art Beading, used for the Haute couture in
Paris.

The frame solution with pipes is perfect for travelling. (the only
inconvenience is that the tulle cannot be stretched as strongly as on a
wooden frame). So welcome to my Lier Lace Class at IOILI convention this
year.
As I did understand there are some open places for the one day Art beading
Class.

You can find more information on my (old) website: www.lierlace.com
I urgently need to put more photos on it but:

As for now I am working on the preparation of the next year World Congress
in Belgium/Bruges.
So the Dutch version is already completed, the English version will follow
in a few weeks.
Subscription is possible as from 1.6.2017 on.
It is going to be a major event with lots of exhibitions in Bruges and all
over Belgium.
A once in a lifetime LACE-expierience...
