I also saw the exhibition and have fond memories of the visit. David met us at the cottage and gave us a personally guided tour which was very special as we heard the bigger picture stories about how the exhibition was bought together. Some of the detail I knew from following Arachne at the time but to hear it while viewing the lace made it come alive. Thanks David for posting the opening speech which I missed and it does you proud. Nice to relive a fond memory. Annette in the Gong
