Elena Kanagy-Loux will be teaching beginning and continuing bobbin lace at the Textile Arts Center in Manhattan on Dec. 6. If you know anyone who would like to start bobbin lace in the New York area, why not suggest this to them. There will be a reporter there who is writing about bobbin lace. Devon
