Hi Carole,

I would rather have a real book than just a CD. It would have to have really fantastic patterns to opt for a CD. As others have stated, what if current CD technology becomes outdated someday? What if your CD becomes corrupted? Or you drop it and it breaks? Books have survived for a long, long time!

I also am one of those that like to curl up and drool over my lace books. Sitting at a computer just isn't the same thing.

Some people say that having a CD would make it easier to print prickings as they desire. Again, only if you have the technology and know what to do with it. For me it's just as easy to scan a pricking into my computer and then print it out. For those who need help they can go to their local copy shop.
