Hello fellow Arachneans
Nancy, please don't give up posting. You never know when your contribution will make a difference. I too have only been making lace for 15 months, and do find it hard going at times. However I refuse to give up! They do say ' never say die...' Just because the majority are knowledgeable doesn't mean that we all are....
As for what did I do before lace.... knitting, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, macrame, tatting, miniature soft toys, peg dolls, dressmaking, embroidery. Reading (avidly and still do) I can't remember a time when I didn't 'craft' in one form or another! Had a go at beadwork on Saturday, at a lace meeting. The room is very small and not enough room really to take a lace pillow (our normal place was flooded out last summer). So the workshop was beadwork. Quite good fun. I enjoyed it, but I don't think Agnes did as much as me!! I can see a potential for bracelets, necklaces, earrings...
Anyway, looking forward to hearing more from Nancy!! Sue in East Yorkshire - To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
