The needle pictured on the web site seems to be available in only one size and that rather large. The mechanism seems to be similar to a latch hook. I don't think it would be of any use to me at this time.
I've tried the plastic gizmos that Clay commented on and they don't work for me either. So far, thank goodness, my hand and eyes are still steady enough to thread most needles, The finer ones sometimes need a magnifier. On the sewing machine and sometimes at other times I use the little wire loop threaders. On all but the finest needles one can feel the grove with the pointy end of the wire loop and push it right through. Then easily put the thread through the loop and pull it right back. Sometimes the wire pulls out of the handle part, but they come in packages of several (4?) and are very inexpensive.
