I the bobbins have a clean break as in a snap. And could
be put together. I found Araldite is very good for that. I have repaired
bobbins in that way before .Wood glass and bone. Daphne Norfolk England
where summer has finally arrived.

2. Almost all of them broke at the neck. Don't remember how I broke the
bone one, but the glass one was because I think I dropped it. it didn't
shatter, but was more of a snap. :-(
Like anything, if treated with respect, they'll be just fine. Go ahead and
treat yourself to the bone bobbin/s - they'll be worth it :-)
