Curious mind wants to know - how big of a flat pillow do you use, and is it necessarily a block pillow?

I didn't examine closely, but thought for $9.99 it was a bargain for someone. I then thought of the bean bag idea, and if this horse-shoe shape would be useful under a large cookie pillow.
