Hello Everybody,
after my books and what I heard in classes is Reticella or with o "the
last step" in cut work, means if you pull out all threads in a certain
part of a fabric and instead of the origin threads make your needle
work/lace. This word shall be used for the first time in 1591 from
Vecellio and Italian.
The same needle work/lace made totaly alone , no fabric as ground it's
named Punto in Aria, stitches in air.
