They are cute! Sure, worth a try for spangling. I then had a thought, would
spangles be ok as stitch markers? but then the stitch marker needs to be
smooth and so weighted that the yarn doesn't catch.
I usually use a scrap of yarn for a stitch marker but I do like the tiny
plastic hoops, and lately have enjoyed metal markers with heart charms,
makes the knitting in progress look rather spiffy.
It is sweater-knitting, not lace knitting though. I wonder if the charmed
markers would catch on the fine knitting yarn?
