Thank you very much, Ilske and Patricia, for explaining the chaos stitch.
I didn't know, also, that it was used in Binche - another good reason to try
to learn Binche! :o)
Since the WS term itself is ambiguous, it certainly is helpful when
books/patterns are published with an explanation of each stitch (word or
colour code)... many are nowadays I think.
Also, thanks to all for the additional explanations of the terms - I had
not used LS before but now will know what to do when I see it!! :o)
