I too, would love to find out a makers' name of #2 Rosette (I have an identical one to that) and #5 Blue Spiral (I have a very similar pink spiral and it's like liquid in my hands :-) ).
I think both of mine have been acquired here in the US since 1993, but that doesn't mean that they're necessarily a US bobbin maker's work.
