I have made this Guardian Angel too. I began it in March of 2000 and finished it in March of 2003 not being able to on it steadily as I was then keeping the grand-daughter for whom it was made. I have a question about how would I mount a piece that has so many open, light places and so many heavy, solid places? Someone who is much more experienced than I saw my work and immediately said I had no idea about tension. So that could be my problem. But, Mary, how do you plan to mount this piece? I regularly use spacers so the glass does not touch my work. Be interested in hearing anyone's thoughts.
