I'm not sure why people think they need to 'set' their threads - it isn't Jello!

If you are working on a roller pillow and take pins from the back to put in the work as you are doing it, the pins might only be in the work for a couple of hours at most. After the lace is off the pillow - I have never been able to see where I was working hard, and taking the pins out after a short time, and where the work was been pinned to the pillow for several weeks between times when I was working on the lace.
