I remember people talking about a Fan Museum in Greenwich. I'm sure they said some of the fans were lace fans. The rest of them would also be worth a look.
If you have several days in London, and plan to visit a lot of main attractions, check out the London Pass to see if it's worth buying. When I was there, I had a bus and subway pass that was very handy. It had to be purchased before I arrived, and picked up at Waterloo Station.
