Happy New Year fellow spiders and thank your Jane for the information
regarding the re location of the Dr Spriggs lace collection, which I think
confirms my answer to Jeri's question as to whether the collection was the
property of the late Susan Cox and whether any of the lace items in the
forthcoming sale at Bonhams would be from the Dr Spriggs collection - I
think not.
I have tried phoning Roger Cox several times but no reply, so am guessing he
will return home soon.

Re Catherine's comment below - The Spriggs collection is in the care of
the
All Hallows Museum Honiton - they have held the collection since 1994 when
it was collected from Rougemont House by Pat Perryman and Mrs Yallop.
