The book is available from Ben himself. He has a website, bentats.nl. <bentats.nl> He sells a self published paper copy of the book for 17.95 Euro, which includes shipping anywhere in the world. You have to email him and he will send you a paypal invoice. There are some fabulous doilies and collars in it, as well as some edgings. The patterns are a combination of written and diagram, written instructions, but you need to look at the diagram to see where things are joined.
