After having a slew of digests, I haven't had one since last Saturday, so I am hoping this email will tip the balance and send me some more lace news. Has anyone NOT yet received their IOLI Bulletin or am I all alone again?  I think I must live in a blackhole for the Bulletin as it is always late and sometimes never comes.  I know some friends who got their over three weeks ago. :-( Today my husband came in from the mailbox and said its finally here.
