We can either 'force' users to register (that will also allow us to always notify him with comments on the tickets, while anonymous won't), use no-follow HTML, so search Engines don't crawl outside, and install that SPAM plugin Arskimatic (or whatever name it has). There's a plugin for it on trac-hacks.
